Hey, my name is Kimi and I am your yoga teacher for open yoga classes or private coaching. Among other places you can find me at the beautiful Eterno. When you practice with me, you can expect a gentle morning flow or a dynamic vinyasa in the evening. I am also happy to represent my colleagues at the Eterno with Yin or Hatha Yoga. When I found yoga, my spine was freshly operated on and screwed together. Yoga helped me get out of the spiral of bad posture and the pain that came with it. Since then, I have made it my mission to give my clients more well-being in their own bodies with yoga as well as Thai yoga massages, fascia training and strengthening Pilates.
Trainings: In 2016 I did my training (AYA) as a yoga teacher over 200 hours. This was followed by various training and further education in the field of yoga and stress management. Most recently, I completed my training as a stress and burnout prevention coach. But also Thai Yoga Massages, Yin Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and Fascia Yoga have fascinated me so much that I couldn't avoid further training. Every day I am happy to be able to combine all this knowledge to be a good companion for you on your yoga path.

Hatha Yoga - Discover Inner Peace In this class we dive into the world of classical Hatha Yoga. We practice traditional asanas (yoga poses), breathing exercises and meditation to harmonize body, mind and spirit and find inner peace. A wonderful way to relieve stress and recharge your batteries.
YIN Yoga with Yoga Nidra - Relaxation and Regeneration In this class we combine the deeply relaxing postures of YIN Yoga with the healing practices of Yoga Nidra and Pranayama. We will practice passive, meditative postures that bring us into a state of relaxation and regeneration. We will enter a deep state of consciousness with Yoga Nidra to release ourselves from stress and tension and activate our subconscious mind. A wonderful way to revitalize the body and mind and recharge our batteries.
In this class I will guide you through a flowing and mobilizing Morning Yoga Class. Through both mobilizing and strengthening elements, we will find the perfect balance for a good start to the day. You will leave the class room with a strong core, an upright posture, but also a balanced mind. Every level is welcome, as I always have the appropriate variations to support or challenge you. I look forward to practicing with you.
