My journey not only began on the yoga mat, but also took me through the exciting world of exercise science. With a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a Master's degree in Sports Therapy, I have a solid foundation in the anatomy of the body and the art of workout planning. These experiences allow me to not only create inspiring yoga classes, but also develop targeted training approaches tailored to individual needs.
I firmly believe that yoga is more than just physical exercises. It is a journey to self-discovery, strengthening of the mind and harmony of body and soul. My classes are not only about increasing physical flexibility, but also about finding inner peace and balance.
Whether you are an experienced yogi or a newcomer to the mat, you are welcome here. Let's breathe, flow, grow together and explore the wonderful connection between movement, breath and spirit. I look forward to joining you on your journey.

Welcome to the Yoga Basic course! In this class you will be gently introduced to the wonderful world of Vinyasa Yoga. Our goal is to teach you the basics of breath and movement and help you strengthen your body, build flexibility and calm your mind. This class is for beginners and yogis who want to deepen their practice. No previous experience is necessary, just a willingness to try new experiences and discover yourself. Lara will accompany you on your yoga journey with love and mindfulness.
Discover the Sunset Flow Yoga class: strengthening asanas and relaxing exercises for the perfect balance and start to the week. Lara will lead through meditative postures to release tension and dynamic movements to build strength. We will use the techniques of vinyasa yoga and connect the breath with the movement. Get to know yourself and your body while balancing movement and breath. Suitable for all levels.
You crave a stretch in the morning and are a fan of functional training, then come to our Morning Mobility class. Stretch your body with targeted exercises and prepare for the day with functional movements. Discover the connection between fascia and yoga in a relaxing atmosphere. Come by and experience the beneficial effects on your body and mind!
Start your morning with flowing and awakening movements. The main focus of these flows is the synchronization of the flowing movements with the breath, which brings us into a kind of "meditation in motion" and teaches us to surrender completely to the practice. Through different asanas we also gather energy to start the day refreshed.
Would you like gentle and also powerful exercise during your lunch break to recharge your batteries and start fresh again into the working world? Then our Lunch Flow is for you! This yoga practice will bring you back to yourself and your body, recharge your energy and move your whole body for a change.
